This policy applies to Apps Script eBay Sheets, a private automation application used only by accounts authorized by the application owner.
Data accessed
The application may access Google Sheets and Google Drive data selected by an authorized user, including product, order, shipping, tracking, invoice, and workflow information. It may also read Apps Script project metadata needed to operate and monitor scheduled automations.
How data is used
Data is used only to perform owner-requested business automations, synchronize marketplace and supplier information, update the owner's spreadsheets, create owner-requested files, and monitor those workflows.
Data sharing
Data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. The application may transmit only the information required to complete an authorized workflow to the owner's private server and to services selected by the owner, such as eBay, Net32, Google APIs, and shipping providers.
Storage and protection
Access is limited to authorized accounts and protected services controlled by the owner. Credentials are not published on this website. Operational data is retained only as needed for the workflows, troubleshooting, and records selected by the owner.
User control
An authorized user can revoke the application's Google Account access at any time through Google Account security settings. Data stored in the owner's spreadsheets or Drive can be reviewed or deleted by the owner using the corresponding Google service.
